Join our invigorating 45-minute Functional Fitness classes tailored to elevate your strength, mobility, and overall fitness. 

Our small group setting, capped at 8 participants, ensures personalized attention from our certified instructors throughout every workout.

We integrate a variety of functional movements, machine weights, cardio and core exercises, designed to mimic real-life activities and improve everyday functionality.

Our personal trainers work closely with you to develop personalized workout plans tailored to your specific needs, abilities, and objectives. These plans often incorporate a variety of exercises, such as cardio, strength training, flexibility, and functional movements, depending on your preferences and goals.

During personal training sessions, trainers guide you through exercises, provide instruction on proper technique and form, offer motivation and support, and track progress over time. We also provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice to help you optimize your overall health and wellness.

Injury Rehabilitation

There can be many causes to injury such as sprains, tendon/ligament tears, dislocations, breaks and pulls. We are the rehab experts, there is no injury we cant help you prevent or recover from. A large number of personal training sessions involve injury rehabilitation, we work closely with the client and their specific injury to progress their injury and assist the recovery/rehab process.
Our Functional training sessions are also highly beneficial to injury prevention! We cater to your ability and for people with injuries, its our personal touch to make your training right for you.

Sport Specific Training

Our sports-specific training involves developing physical attributes and skills that directly translate to improved performance in your particular sport.

Whether you're a professional athlete or a recreational player, our sports-specific training aims to enhance your strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, and flexibility in ways that align with the demands of your chosen sport.

You have the freedom and peace of mind you need with monthly roll over membership, NO fixed long-term contracts for group and personal training.

 

Our members stay for the results!

We specialise in injury rehabilitation and have designed our team training sessions to allow us to tailor every session to your ability and injury rehabilitation needs.

Our personal training sessions start from $40 per half hour session and are determined by your training and programming requirements.

 

We train kids from 10 years old, specialising in sports specific training and youth development.

To train unsupervised in the gym you must be at least 16 years of age.

We have members in their late 80’s who attend 6 days a week without fail!

Your very own personalised app keeps you on track and accountable with regular booked sessions allowing your trainers to make sure you remain consistent every week! 

 

You are more than welcome to use the gym facilities outside scheduled class times. 

We also offer regular gym use memberships starting from $16.50

There are bathrooms with changing rooms and showers which we share with the tennis center.
